About me
Hello, I’m Agni
– Your Character Strengths-Based Leadership Expert and Positive Workplace Consultant
I help you as a leader discover and use your character strengths – and those of your team. When you lead from your natural strengths and see and nurture the strengths of your team members, something fundamental shifts: You lead with more confidence, your team works with more engagement – because a work environment emerges where people can be authentic and feel seen

My Story: How I Learned That My Perceived Weaknesses Are My Greatest Strengths
For a long time, I thought I wasn’t the right person for a leadership role. Too honest, too direct. Too kind, too soft. Around me, I saw leaders who seemed harder, more distant. And I thought: Maybe I need to become like that to be successful.
My path was never linear. I studied humanities, then economics, and eventually found myself in the middle of my professional life. But something was missing. I was searching for a way to become better without losing myself.
Then I came across Positive Psychology and the concept of character strengths. And I have to be honest: It grabbed me immediately. Here was a language that described what I felt deep inside but could never put into words. I studied further, got certified by the VIA Institute on Character, and began to try out strengths-based work with my team.
The real turning point came when I stopped seeing my own character strengths – honesty, kindness, courage – as obstacles, but as what they truly are: real strengths. I didn’t need to become someone else. These qualities weren’t flaws – they were my foundation.
Today, they’re my compass – in life, in my work, as a leader. And I’ve learned: Successful leadership doesn’t mean bending yourself into shape. It means being authentic and supporting others to do exactly the same.
What This Changed
In my global remote team, which I lead as COO, there wasn’t a single resignation. Client retention is exceptional, and feedback from internal teams and clients consistently positive. And what makes me happiest: Our team spirit is exceptional, across all time zones and continents.
Since we’ve been consciously living the character strengths as a team, everyone knows not only their own strengths, but also those of their colleagues. We use our strengths with joy, and we see and appreciate the strengths of others.
My Conviction
When you acknowledge and consciously use your natural strengths – and when you see and nurture your team’s strengths – you lead with genuine confidence. Not with forced toughness, but with clarity. The result? More personal fulfillment for you, a satisfied team, and a company that simply works better.
