About me
Hello, I’m Agni
– your consultant for strengths‑based leadership of multicultural teams in customer‑facing work
I help new leaders of teams like yours discover and use their own character strengths – and make the strengths of their team visible.
When you lead from your natural strengths and truly see and develop the strengths of your team members, something fundamental shifts:
You lead with more confidence, your team is more engaged, and you create a work environment where people can be authentic and feel seen.
That’s how you build a team that clients genuinely enjoy working with – especially in a world where more and more tasks are taken over by AI and tools.

My Story: How I learned that my “weaknesses” were my greatest strengths
For a long time, I didn’t think I was the right person for a leadership role. Too honest, too direct. Too kind, too soft. Around me I saw leaders who seemed harder and more distant. I thought: maybe I have to become like that to be taken seriously as a leader, especially in customer‑facing work.
My path was never linear. I first studied humanities, then business, and at some point I found myself in the middle of working life. Working hard, but without a real sense of “this fits me.” I wanted to lead better, but not at the expense of who I am.
Then, I came across Positive Psychology and the concept of Character Strengths. It hooked me immediately. Suddenly there was a language for what I had intuitively felt but never been able to name clearly. I went back to study, became certified with the VIA Institute on Character and started experimenting with strengths‑based work in my own team.
The turning point came when I stopped seeing my own character strengths – honesty, kindness, courage – as a problem and started seeing them as what they really are: real leadership strengths. I didn’t have to become someone else. These qualities weren’t flaws. They were my foundation.
Today, they’re my compass: in life, in my work and in my role as COO And I’ve learned: Successful leadership doesn’t mean bending yourself out of shape. It means being clear and authentic, and helping others do the same.
What Changes Because of That
In the global remote team I lead as COO, there has not been a single voluntary resignation so far. Client loyalty is exceptional, and feedback from internal teams and customers is consistently positive. What makes me happiest: our team spirit is strong – across time zones, cultures and languages.
Since we started using character strengths consciously in the team, every person knows not only their own strengths, but also those of their colleagues. We use our strengths with joy, we see each other more clearly, and clients feel that quality in every interaction, even in a time when so much is digitalised and automated.
My I Believe
When you acknowledge and consciously use your natural strengths, and when you see and cultivate the strengths of your team, you lead with real self‑confidence. Not with a forced, “hard” persona, but with clarity.
The result? More personal fulfilment for you, a more satisfied team and an organisation that simply works better – because human strengths deliver what no AI can: real connection, trust and collaboration.
